桃源水榭位于内蒙古呼和浩特市回民区新华西街与巴彦淖尔路交汇处东南角。占地面积8万平方米，总建筑面积约14万平方米，产品主要以多层普通住宅为主。从项目整体策划角度，我们提出为“风从江南来，诗意山水，理想家园”之“江南园林”主题产品思路与推广思路，塑造“中式园林”的深层文化地产底蕴，从而打造项目品牌与地产公司品牌。

Covers an area of 80,000 square meters, the total construction area of about 140,000 square meters, the products are mainly multi-storey ordinary residential.
